Remote Phone

This app DRASTICALLY drains resources of both your cell phone network data plan, and your PC. It uses OVER 1 GB PER MONTH just capturing background data with no means to disable this function or limit it to wifi only. It caused me to go over my allotted data plan and I had to spend hours to determine that this app was the cause of the overage. Further, it is constantly updating the required dropbox folder numerous times daily, resulting in pesky popups every 20-30 minutes, constant bandwidth consumption, draining system resources and disrupting the users other operations constantly. This app is completely and overly cumbersome for the minimal features it provides. There has got to be a better way to accomplish remote control than this. I only gave 1 star because no stars is not an option.

Your app was used to hack my phone. A drop box account was opened in my name and managed to get all my contacts messages and call logs. When I emailed you I have yet to get a response. Maybe it should get a 5 star rating for hacking but it was easily traced

Cant uninstall app, why not? Are you collecting keeping and selling our data with your app? It looks awful when you cant uninstall the app off our phones!

Does not do any of the features in the free version, if it does, no instructions mentioned. Hopefully can be fixed.

App is good, but to deavtivate it, it also slow down yr phone..for this reason, u cannot have it in yr cell

The app works fine, if you have a jealous, untrusting spouse it is great for them to use to spy on everything you do when your phone is near you. Makes it easy to see and hear everything that occurs around your phone.

Misleading. You can only control a limited list of apps which are just the basic apps. This is not "Remote Control", it's just control of basic functions of the phone. Calls, text, wifi, bluetooth etc.

Doesnt even sign with the server. Very upset.

Original Post - How much is the paid version?. Not sure I want it though. Cant test to see if the picture taking actually works or not. Should let you take at least 1 picture on free version just to show it works. *Updated Post* - Contacted by the creator. Said I could buy and test the picture part, if was not satisfied would refund the money. Still not going to do it but they were willing to help. Changed my rating for this alone.

Hi Team, I am not able to uninstall the application, while clicking uninstall button it says uninstall not successful. I use Pantech P8000 ( Crossover)/ Android 2.2/ Rooted. Please suggest.

Very little documentation, had option to turn on an alarm on phone remotely (a very cool feature) but I could find no way to turn it off other than uninstalling the app. Can't recommend.

I've experimented with a few apps that promise remote access to my handset. This is the only one that seems to work reliably. However, it would be good to see a smarter webpage GUI. Some ideas include: Show actual battery charge percentage with perhaps a similar colour graphic that typically appears on the phone itself. Fix the problem with message time display; 14:05:32hrs for example appears as 14:5:32 as leading zeros are oddly removed! Display of call log. I thought it would do this as it is one of the datasets written to a Dropbox folder. It shows a caller's name when they phone but I can see no log. On the whole, a good app, innovative in using Dropbox and so far, stable but it just needs a few refinements.

I have the free one, works fine. Tried to upgrade to paid - refunds my payment. Fine for other apps - just for this one. Phail.

This is a great app. A little buggy but im sure the dev can take care of it. Keeping on G2.

So far so good. It located me pretty accurate, backup seemed to work. All is good and better than htc's. A better interface for the site would be nice
