HiFiCorder Record, Edit, Buy

Like many early applications, the app market grew into huge bubble and the many one time purchases all but dried up to where many are no longer are actively updated. Fortunately I still have an older version that's add free. (Originally purchased In 2010)

Deletes files that you record, so is pointless. Used to work, now doesn't ever work

Where's the record quality? Have no compatibility with Lollipop!

Highest quality voice recorder on the market. This is the only voice recorder I would ever use. Audio is much clearer than any other I've used. Would recommend to anyone.

Great app, good audio recording results for a mobile phone. It would be great that the app would include a basic audio editor (crop, copy&paste).

I paid like 5 or 6 bucks for this app and it was my favorite 5 years ago, but the recording quality had dropped, they dropped mp3 format recording for apple format, and started throwing ads and app purchases in the paid version, now it doesn't save my recordings the second I leave the app all my recordings are gone and there is no playback... give me my money back.

It was all working good. But from last night what ever i record, the file disappears. Dont know what to do?

What's the deal hunter I bought this app 4 years ago you've gotten back in touch with me about problems and help me Resolve them now I can't record but two minutes? I recorded a detrimental conversation and then was told I had to pay an extra 3 bucks if I wanted to say stuff like that but that was already lost

Does not work

Won't even play back a recording, and emailing track just sends a link to their website not the actual file .

Also I see advertisements, when I was pay for this app!

Been using this for a while now and it records great sound.

Very useful and easy to use.

I would like to capture the device's audio internally rather than resorting to use the external microphone which of course mixes in the external sounds along with the captured internal playback.

Been the best for a while now files are no longer being saved correctly settings and options are missing.... thus us not what i paid for DEVS.... OMG!!! This is by far the best recording app on the market.... and it keeps getting better....A must have for daily hostile situations and notes for classes.... definitely a can save your butt app... Enjoying the hard work you've put into this app.... Thanks 5☆'s

This app is worse than useless. It gave the illusion that it would record something for me but when I checked afterwards the recording had stopped after two minutes so it had not recorded most of what I wanted. I checked and there is nothing obvious to suggest this would happen: nothing in the description on Google Play and noting in the help. With hindsight the icon in the top right must mean "unlock unlimited time" but this hardly leaps out at you when nothing else has warned you such a step might be necessary. Why would I want something that claims to make HiFi recordings to record two minute clips? I would have willing paid the £2.49 had I been warned in advance that, as shipped, the app is a "demo version" but now I am furious and don't like feel like giving the developer any money at all in fact, as the attempted recording included a professional musician, perhaps the developer should play me her fee so we can repeat the session?

I had good results with this app in the past, so I installed it on my new Droid Turbo, connected it to Dropbox, and started recording. After about a minute, recordings disappeared. I thought it was deleting the local copies to free up space after syncing to Dropbox, but no. It created an Apps/HiFiRecorder folder, so I know it's connecting to db, but recordings are neither on my phone, nor my Dropbox. Emailed the dev two days ago but no reply. Will update if I get evidence that this isn't broken abandonware.

I used this before and liked it. However, now it no longer links to Dropbox and gets rid of my files. I have lost three files this far. Fortunately, they are small recordings, and I can rerecord with different app.

Files are no longer saving in my note 5 i tried emailing the company and no answer yet, i will not upgrade my rating until they fix the problem. Application is useless if my files keep on disappearing...

Recording quality very high, now has quicker compress so upgrading to 5* from 3*

Looks like there's two versions now a cell in a bye week I'm not really sure about. I was upset for a second because one of the app's limits recording time to 2 minutes. however the other app has unlimited

Best app ever

Options for recording, playback, naming, sharing files couldn't be more convenient quick n easy. Like, wow! But crashes some on my Razr. I'll put up with crashes for now cause it's so well designed for ease of use.

Is it Possible to record Using an real 3,5mm Microphone into the "Aux(?)" / Headphone jack? Would be the best possible way to record... Easy and on the flow, -With best possible sound quality. Can you please look in to this? Just bought your App and tried using an 3,5mm microphone but by the sound of the recording I believe that it didn't work ? Keep up the Good work! :)

Surprisingly few features for recording. No frequency meter, and no level correction settings. Otherwise, simple and reliable as stated.

It was a great app when I used my Android tablet, which I still use from time-to-time, but now I have Blackberry10 and they haven't developed for this device
