Recharge was unsuccessful ....but balance credited after sending mail....good redressal

I recharge 3 times but i dont get any balance

My first day on app and i am at 7th in top10 now unable to open.i have reset my password thrice but cant get any email in my registerd email.then i have try to send email which is give in app but delivery fails of that email.after this i have try to open their website which shown in the app but unable to find any such type website.notice that google chrome give me security warning that this site tries to read your password.i have call on the customar care number which is given in app but no one pick up.
