Sri Lanka Train Schedule

This is very usefull to all train commuters, But it seems like they have not updated the recently deployed trains yet...also train fares not correct.

But these days this is not working properly..plz make arrangements to correct this errors..it says....server's problem...I dont know....

All ticket prises are wrong.... always showing Rs.10 on second class and Rs.20 on first class.... please fix it or remove that feature if you can't..... otherwise the app is very very useful....

All da time it says "Updating problem in the server" but if you are lucky you might get the info u need.

The coastal line have few differences. There were trains in the station's schedule but not in this app. I.e. On Saturday a train arriving in Angulana on route to Colombo Fort at 9.55am is not in the app.

App simply ok but admin have to update the train schedule with prooer timing table

If you don't know the correct station name cannot find any results. Example kandy to Colombo was searched and it says invalid station name. Need to list a value of available station names at least.

Its accurate, and up-to-date - only thing is the times of the trains are slightly different (few minutes) as the Lankan trains are a bit behind schedule. But the app is very informative, with ticket prices, times of departure and arrival, all possible train time within the time period we specify to the places we wanna get to and from where.

I have to reinstall it when it gets server problem. This app is good for some time but for long usage it doesnt has the potential

The train schedules has been changed or new ones have been added to the coastal line it seems but the app still uses old info. Also it shows express trains for minor stations, weekdays only trains on weekends and never mentions delays. Since it connects online and retrieves information, these probs can be easily fixed.

This is very useful app but most of the time it didn't work. As well as ticket prices according to the class also not accurate. I informed these issues via email to ICTA people. But still they didn't reply to me or fix the errors.

Worst App ever ! Its almost certain that server is down in weekends and absolutely certain it wouldn't be resolved until a weekday. The Train schedules are not updated. There few trains that are available which is not in this. Only about a matter of time before the trains in this app is not available which is even worst scenario.

Very useful app. But sometimes it gets the usual "closed/stopped working" error. And some instances where it couldn't get connected to Lankagate. Other than that becomes very handy for your train travel planning

I have had so many urgent situations to see the train time table on this app but it didn't work. So often this problem exist. Please give us a good update when it works 24/7. Sometimes it even get worst when someone ask me the train schedule, I got f***d up by this app on so many urgent situations. Make a good update.

Too many errors. Also, a train app needs to have more features for convenience. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone

For a person like me who is not familiar with train schedules or what train to take to go somewhere, this app is a savior. Love the new searching method and new info provided. Hoping it will get better and better.

Not working after update..when u type tha station names it not taking the correct name..station names not showing.. earlier it worked nicely. Now hell

Add delay trains and delay time.. and platform no.. if fix these problems, this app will be the best app among srilankans .

Like other services in sri lakan railway, this apps doesn't work, properly. Server erroers, bussy errors... railway errors... There are lots of institutions for design apps, also trainees can develop better apps than this...

One of the most useful apps in my phone. Thank you for bringing this app for the public. It's a great service indeed. Would be better if you could add a favorite tab, where we can permanently store preferred and frequent searches.

If you can include the following things that will make thid app a total solution. 1.Ticket prices. 2. To book the tickets online 3. Telephone numbers of each station (at least the most frequently used one). 4. I believe this retrieves data from the railway.gov website and that webpage sucks and most of the time we cant retrieve data so even this app doesnt allow to retrieve data necessary .

Very bad. No preview of station names available with few words on typing... Make it user friendly.. Then it'll be better

At home I checked schedule and moved to Fort station but in the middle I checked and it got changed. The schedule here and the departure of train are different. You are just troubling peoples.

Here this app is really value for me and since 3 days it is not working. I tried to install it newly even. That also failed. So if you can really see what's wrong with this that will be great. Thanks. Melani

I was planning to go to Medawachchiya by AC train recently. According to this application, the train stops but actually it is not. Please don't mislead the public. It is more dangerous than not having an application

Most train data's are wrong.but i think its goverment site issue.not the application.so i give it a 5 stars.but i find this useless when there are no trains when it says have. Im daily communiting gampaha to fort

Compared to the app developed by Asela, this one is not user friendly and this is bit large in app file size (3.81mb). I prefer the app developed by Asela Leelaratne (app size is only 178kb). ICTA try to add some new features.,

Don't download this app. main services are not working properly. Can't find a train time, every time prompting an error message. Please make a good app for real services.

Being a commuter on a daily basis I find this very useful. Small perk is that the weekend schedules arent very accurate. Working on that would be helpful for the rest

Very useful app for day to day life, specially for who work in privet sector N government offices in capital of srilanka.. By the way I would like to give 5 star, but more appreciate if can improve some technical issues for ex …real time schedule, and early informing any delays, and fixing some bugs...

Great app.So easy and reliable. But a server problem has occurred since yesterday...and my friend said that it's not working on his phone either... Please check.

Gives very erroneous information.I had to get down at Kandana instead of Hunupitiya because it incorrectly stated so, and the next occasion it stated the train from hunupitiya to fort as at 2.40pm whereas it was at 2.30pm .. Its filled with various other errors. Don't track your train with this erroneous app.
