EKOOR Beacon

EKOOR Beacons are powered by indoor light. The beacons work flawlessly under average retail lighting conditions (>250Lux) and default settings. EKOOR has a complete beacon solution including a comprehensive beacon management portal, REST-API, Android and IOS front end developer libraries to get our beacons integrated to your existing or new Mobile App in no time. The Beacons also contain a smart power scheme where the internal beacon parameters are automatically tuned to harness existing lighting conditions. It also has a back-up battery to automatically power the beacon when sufficient lighting conditions are not available.


This APP will allow you to scan & Detect iBeacon and Eddystone (Scheduled for Next Version 1.1) compatible EKOOR and other beacons around you. Tapping on EKOOR Beacons found after scanning will allow you to view beacon parameters after inserting a password which is sent by us when you purchase the beacons.

These parameters include iBeacon specific parameters such as UUID, Major, Minor, Eddystone specific parameters such as UID, URL ID,then Power Status (Light or backup battery powered), Smart Power Status and a whole bunch of other parameters. You can also change editable parameters of the beacon at you choice.

The APP is also used to show the capability of the EKOOR Beacon management system (BMS) & REST-API to pull-out digital content (images, text, video etc) from the BMS at different ranges to the beacon. EKOOR BMS is a comprehensive beacon management portal to organize and manage beacons and also to store digital media content to test message triggers.
