The business trip expense Manager simplifies recording the expenses during a business trip. You master the bulk of invoices and you report the costs to your employer for reimbursement accurately. Innovative bosses are satisfied that you are using such an effective way of tracking your expenses. You are now not exposed to boring administrative tasks and you are able to use your vulnerable time for your inspirations.


My first item:
Add your trip details via the navigation menu.

Create a new item by pressing the camera button. Choose if you like to take a picture of your receipt or not. Now you fill in the details of your invoice document and categorize it. (It is possible to share pictures from your mobile phone gallery!)

The details of an item, you inflate by typing a list entry. Having the details in front of you, you are able to edit all invoice details.

The navigation bar (top left) controls additional menu items. Information, delete, sort, sending a PDF report, save and a statistic view on all records are located there.

Finally, mail the PDF report of your promising trip to your administrative staff. Therefore, select the items belonging to your trip and press the share button. Now the PDF is generated and you are asked to choose a mail client to send the report.

If the documents no longer needed, delete them for further journeys. Delete single items by swiping left on the item.

Check out the apps settings to deactivate notifications and to reduce the resolution of the pictures in the PDF report.
