seems like a great app. One thing that has prevented me from making the in-app-purchases is the fact that I need to grant the app permissions to my camera and mic and and and. There are other apps like camera gaurd that does the same job without needing any permissions other than giving it admin access. Granted, other apps do not have all the security rolled into one. As I said, seems like a great app.

Very good. Stops all apps, even system apps from recording. Camera apps cannot even start when the camera lock is on. I set the mic lock to Block to talk on the phone. I keep the Internet lock always ON, except when surfing. This blocks apps and websites tracking, and also blocks all ads. Worth the price for better privacy.

S7 edge. 5 stars if it works, but telephone app is grayed out, it only shuts down phone for a second, then restarts. Plus what if there is another user profile /sharing setup, or different app able to turn on Bluetooth or wifi direct that we may not be aware of. OR, if another user/hacker/scumbag, is able to see your password, unlock it for....5 minutes, and do their damage. Such as with development options.

Essential security app that covers all bases. Indispensable for protecting your phone (or undetected malware) from spying and recording secretly, like from your microphone or camera. I haven't been able to find any other app on the market like this one. Every lock works great and is well worth the extra privacy!

when I tried to report a bug with the app.,they threatened legal action for giving a bad review...the microphone block DOES NOT WORK!!! It turns the microphone volume to low but you can hear faint but enough to hear.on speakerphone you hear as you would a regular call....its a gimmick and slowed my phone down where I could barely type.

Absolute privacy is essentially obselute nowadays, having marketing as the reason. This make the D.C's anti-mod feature special, like a good taste coffee. I wouldn't mind buying it again and again, if needed.

All functions, i.e. camera lock, mic lock, etc... must be purchased separately for $1 each. Can not rate app since this free version has no functions to evaluate. After reading developers reply I will say that $1 or 2 is very reasonable if it performs. If it doesn't then time and money are wasted. Hope a way to resolve this is found. I would love to have an app that does what this is designed to just can't spend money to test every one when most apps in play store fail

Really straightforward interface, widgets are simple to use, and really, a buck per feature is really cheap. Totally worth to put a halt to that SilverPush tracking malware.

It's a Great All-In-One Security and Privacy control for Mic, Camera, Internet, and more -- Honestly at first, I read the description, impressed by it and downloaded it. I mean no app ever excelled in offering great security and privacy coverage with even just one of the features offered in this app and this app offered ALL of them in one dashboard. Only after this did I read the reviews, though it had a high score, some "panic" reviews I read made me uninstall the app without opening it. Then told my cousin about this app. We read all the reviews this time and checked reputation of reviewers and now had the whole story review-wise understood. He downloaded the app and bought the whole package and I only needed mic and camera though I should have taken the whole package offering too. Legit. And this app by the way, runs a tight ship. It will deny access to whatever if user doesn't respond, which is how I want things to be with my phone. UPDATE: Heeey, I don't know what happens or the difference is between System Lock and Airplane Mode. But before I retire, I always turn Airplane Mode on but this time Enabled System Lock as well Power Saver/ Privacy Lock(Internet Lock and Bluetooth Lock checked) and in the morning my Battery was the same as the night before. I urge the ones who already have Device Control running in their phones to try it. I'm going to check whether Airplane Mode is necessary though.

This app does block mic and camera, but the problem is this: when the phone is shut down then turned on again or restarted, the widget continues to show the mic is blocked but it is NOT. You have to toggle a couple of times to get it to block again. This must be fixed. The app should be able to continue to block the mic even if the phone is restarted, or shut off and then turned on again.
