- se mi dimentico la KEY o la combinazione?
- c'è una procedura guidata offline per inviare una mail con il relativo codice dell'errore. avrete risposta il prima possibile. Questo dimostra che l'applicazione è sicura al 100% non avendo connessioni con l'esterno. Infatti essa predispone la mail ma non la invia, dovete attivare una connessione ad internet ed inviare la mail con il codice errore.

- se voglio cambiare la KEY e/o combinazione?
- c'è l'apposito spazio dentro l'applicazione per eliminare ogni traccia della vecchia KEY e generare e criptare subito la vostra nuova KEY.

- come faccio ad essere certo che le mie password sono al sicuro?
