Lenovo Mobile Care for Android
The worst phone you can think of buying is a Lenovo phone. Bought k5 note a few months back & now it is charging very slowly. It takes 8 hours to get it fully charged. On top of that, it is not recognizing when connected to a pc! And when it wasn't enough, the in call volume has gotten so low that i have to put on earphones to talk to someone. It has made my life hell. All i can think is throwing it in the dustbin or hammering it until its in a thousand pieces.
I bought lenovo vibe k5 and within two months charger not working. I have lodged a complaint to Lenovo but they not give me any solution. I am very disappointed
When we get update for Lenovo vibe k5 note....you provide update for k6 power and for k6 note.. what k5 note done to you... I made a mistake by buying Lenovo... vibration is not working ... service centres are far from my town... worst company.. they are not thinking about customer satisfaction... they are not providing update....if you planned to buy smartphone pls go for another brands..
The worst customer service provider company. They guys no care about the customer. I bought Lenovo vibe K5 note in Oct 2016 and within 7 months I face the problems two times.never buy the Lenovo product. Details are shared on the Same day but till now nobody contact me from your side
Lenovo does great job in mobiles but to keep users and buyers happy, lenovo at least provide a support for stollen mobiles. We know that it's matter of police case but not single policeman did their job properly. So company should help their customers. So the trust towards company gets increased at 200% and crime for stealing lenovo mobiles gets decreased. If lenovo really wants to help us then this will be a huge step of success to company as well as customers because no other company has yet started such service. So please help us in such critical conditions.
Bought lenovo k6note phone on January. Within 2 months phone display touch not working. Git it to service center and they changed touch screen. Within two days proximal sensor not working. Again the service center changed touch.. again same sensor problem.. again sent to repair.. today got phone from repair.. speaker is not working.. I am fed up.. it's a defective phone... I want a replacement

Request Pls don't buy lenovo product . If you want a good after sale service don't go for their products. No response to your complaints, no spare parts at service center . Proving that company is full *CHINESE*.
Never buy Lenovo product.. they lag in updates.. even vibe P1 is successful phone and it was launched in last year ..Still v dint got VOLTE updates.. this is how Lenovo treats it's customer. Just forget other updates..
Worst service centre, I had a yellow spot on my screen and submit the device to service centre, but before taking the device they check the warranty status by checking the phone internally and externally that tje phone should not be physical damage or water damage. Iny case after passing the test i had submitted the dame to care but they returned the hamdset after 6 hrs saying the device is ok. After checkimg i found nothing happen to device there is as it is yellow spot on screem akd forvthat they told me that screen is not under warranty. If you have checked the warramty status there is no major physical damage then why the screen is not umder warranty. I lodgee complaint to customer support but not received amy response after several reminder. Also marked the mail to supprt@servify but same no response received. If lenovo has not the capability to repair a phone then why it is givimg warranty. WORST SERVICE WORST SERVICE CENTRES
Never buy lenovo phone,worst quality, worst service, selling defective mobiles. Totally waste of money
Nice app but it should check our finger print that it read our finger print or not so that we could be surd that it sorkss fine because my finer print is not working and it shows that istz working

Like everyone I'm also suggesting that never buy any Lenovo product.they have the world most worst service they could not send update on your mobile u have to go for service centre for this.there every inbuilt apps contain viruses like theme centre and Lenovo help .if u decrease your volume of media player the ringtone volume also decreases and the very important notice 'they never replied for your problem' that's it

I bought Lenovo k6 power and after updating to Android 7 it is not even working.It hangs all the time, Cant save any contact as the name of the person automatically changes and its not even supporting ppts pdf etc even after trying so many apps and camera has become too slow.Worst cellphone and worst service I have ever seen.

I have Lenovo a6000+ hanging issues, heating issues , Quickly battery drain , updates issue and camera app not support in this device l have bad experiences with Lenovo never buy this phone.
Worst app. Crashing when submitting repair request. Cannot visit service centre since nearest one is around 50kms away. I live in Mumbai suburbs. My phone is in warranty and having manufacturing defect.

It is very bad experience from this lenovo devices, those will never happen before in my this problems in any other devices, because i took lenovo vibe k5 note but it doesn't get any 7.0 nought update, i took from this phone online for a 13500, but lenovo k6 power is just 9000 Rs cost phone but this device getting 7.0 nought update, i am really dspnt this matter, i rqust u to lenovo admin pls give the 7.0 update for lenovo vibe k5 note series

Please...Never ever buy an Lenovo product, I purchased vibe k5 note 12 days back, now the phone has so many problems, raising volume is not allowed when having earphones
