Poor thing... doesn't work with Android 7.
Doesn't connect to the camera on Android 7. Wasted hours trying alternate methods. Contacted Customer Care for their update plans, but didn't get a useful response (see below). --- Dear Sir, many thanks for your inquiry. The Leica C Image Shuttle App has not yet been tested with Android 7. Whether an App version for Android 7 is released is not known at the moment. I ask for your understanding and some patience. ---
Very glitchy. It works.... Then doesn't work.... Opens perfectly... Then hangs after you've copied a couple of pics to the phone. Doesn't remember a connection so you have to do the whole qr reader thing all over. When it DOES work.... Veeeeery Good. But it's not very often unfortunately.
At best used to be 3 stars but now it fails to connect to the camera making this app useless. Now the camera is unable to have any remote at all since it doesn't have a port for third party devices
I have an android 7 and it does not work. Everything works appears to connect to a point and then it disconnects. I was very frustrated and then I read some of the other reviews and it seems that alot of people with android 7 have the same issue.
There's no clear instructions on what platforms it will actually work, does not work on my Pixel (Android). Hope they fix this asap.
Used work perfectly a week ago...now update ruined everything. Very sad and mad
It crashed occasionally on my Note 4
Now works with Android 6 . Thank you Leica
My first attempt with this app was a frustrating failure. Subsequent attempts with a different camera were successful and the app worked like a charm easily connecting via NFC and WiFi to transfer images. The interface could be streamlined, but overall it works as intended
It worked when I first downloaded it in the states. Now that I'm in Europe, it works 1 out of 100 attempts. I've tried all the separate ways, from direct, through a network, etc. It says it's connected, but the final step doesn't go through. I have an HTC 10.
Works perfectly with a Nexus 6 (running Android 6.0) and a D-lux Typ 109. Pairs first time with NFC. Very useful functions - what is there not to love?
Doesn't work with latest android....very frustrating. Even the qr code doesn't work.
Doesn't work with Android 6.0 on Nexus 5. Works OK with iPod Touch. Just needs an update to support Android 6.0.
No longer works in Android 6 for either the C112 or D-Lux 109. A fix would be nice. Still working on Apple ios though.
Will only connect when it wants to and not when needed please can you send a fix then it would be as good as Samsung wifi
Doesn't work on Android 6.0
Not perfect but pretty good. It's from Panasonic but that's no bad thing.
Just upgrade my phone to Nexus 6P and the app can't find my camera. The phone have connected to camera WiFi ssid but it can't find my D-Lux (Type 109)
Can't use in android 6.0
The app worked well with Android 5.1.1 but I can't connect my Leica D-Lux typ 109 to my Nexus 6 running Android 6.0 at all. Very disappointed at totally losing this useful functionality.
Doesnt connect
Can't correct
No space on my Device
Upon getting update to Android 5.1, the phone can no longer connect with camera. I m using D Lux type 109, Nexus 5 with Android 5.1
Please have this fix! I am using the leica c model and recently updated to android 5.1. Now the app couldnt connect to the camera!
Works very well.
Works well for the 109 except that it may hang occasionally when trying to go into ISO. Otherwise the app serves it's function.
Great for Selfie!!
Love it
