Had used Laundry Anna for emergency dry cleaning of a suite and was surprised to get the delivery back in under 2 days.. Good job done.

App is not good. Nobody responds chat. Call us function in customer support also does not work. Their service is also average. I had given a pair of jeans, it has shrunk so badly that I cannot wear it anymore.

Worst service.. No one received the call at customer service and they don't call you back as well. Pickup done 3 days ago. Items not yet delivered.just don't know how to reach out to them.

On time pickup and delivery,hassle free service.The pickup guys are extremely nice and polite. They have made my life easier in Bangalore. Only improvement I would like is if remove the tags before delivering.

No timely pick up or delivery. Today customer care tried fooling. What good are you if you are just giving steam iron in 48 hours?? If I would have gone to local vendor he would have delivered in 1 or 2 hours max. Dry cleaning even local vendor is also taking 3 to 4 days... Nowhere in your app written 3-4 days for dry cleaning. Secondly all the address and telephone number written on app everything is wrong.. I can't make payment through app.. worst experience. Only good thing is packaging, rest all disappointing. Moreover it happened with me second time.

Minimum 2kg needed always...They will not even consider per cloth basis.
