A very useful device with an intuitive, easy to use app. A moving Lapa is harder to find than a stationary one, but it's definitely the reason I've consistently found my cat when she's escaped! She did somehow manage to crack the plastic on the device about a year ago, but that has not impacted the functionality.

Like the infamous Tile, it is impossible to use the Lapa tracker without creating an account with the company and then letting your phone store the position of all of your trackers to their servers. I don't want that. There is an extreme privacy issue here. And don't tell me "oh, we use all the latest safeguards". Seems like not a week goes by without news reports that some company has had all of its customer data stolen. Nope. I just want to pair the Lapa with my phone, the end. Nobody else in the world needs to know where my things are. I understand that this would preclude the "crowdfinding" feature; that's a tradeoff I'm willing to make. In the meantime, until they allow me to use the Lapa without creating an account, REJECTED.

Was worried it might not work with sony expiria xz premium but works like a charm will buy a some more for me and for Christmas presents great product.

No more lost keys/cards/phone for me! Lapa saved me from hours of searching. If only I could also tag my eyeglasses..????

Great Product I do agree with other comments on volume not high enough and some warning when the button's battery needs changing, maybe some test function to test signal strength when placing the phone next to the Lapa. I also noticed that my battery drain is a lot more if I keep my app on.

I have two asks, refinement of the Geofinder increments which would make tracking a breeze! Also the Lapa battery life is only around 3 months me having a measure of this would help me know when to replace them before unexpected failure.

Can you please increase the decibel of the sound? I barely hear my LAPA in a crowd or even if it's inside of my bag. I imagine LAPA that would attract attention like a siren even in the middle of a crowd. I put one of my LAPAS inside my wallet and I really cannot hear when I sound it. ????????????

Useful, however I would add two things, the option to change the distance of the safety mode, and secondly the option to mute the safety mode when leaving the lapa tag in a silent spot, I.e. leaving it at home.

Working better now. So far no issues. Would like to see a remaining battery status, instead just a faded icon.

Excellent location using Google maps. gives clear last known location and time 10/10 .

Once i synced the Lapa 2nd gen amazing how great they work and the best part you can replace the batteries not like the others also ordered 3 more for gifts

Setup took forever because despite it making noise it didn't show up on the app. You can't change the volume of the melody it plays

I am using the latest version and contacted support twice, so it is not like I don't want it to work! The locators are not the best even when near the item. The safety mode works but even in the silent zone you get notified. The last known location has never shown anything but one location.

This last version fixed my pairing issues. Lapa is again my favorite gadget. Keep up the good work guys. Thanks

A great gadget!! I would like for the next model to have a louder sound but this is very good for the small size it has. 5 stars!

this hardware is lousy... it doesn't work properly even at 10 meters with line of sight... the kids bracelets are a joke as they can not be trusted to work further than a couple meters (and even then sometimes the signal drops and the alarm will ring even if nobody moves) ... i don't know if their competition is any better, but stay away if you are looking for a solution to track your kids while on holidays... i

Help me find my wife's keys and phone

Caused Android (S8) to lose all Bluetooth pairings and prevented them from saving. Frequently interfered with Garagemate. Until it's fixed, I'm going to have to live without my Lapas.

The response time and resolution of the tracker makes it a little difficult to teach the keys but with a bit of time you can find it. So it does work could be better.

Need to turn Bluetooth on and off for my lapas to be found which are a feet away. Fix this garbage app. No issues with Bluetooth with my car, Garmin watch, multiple speakers and earphones thus it's your garbage app. Update - follow link provided by Developer to discover he/she wasted my time as they didn't even read the link to learn that it doesn't discuss this issue since this bt tracker does not need to be paired thru the OS like you would with other bt devices which I have no issue with.
