Useless. Useless. Useless. I have no use for this.

Good start then nothing

Please dedicate a team to update this. It could have so much potential

Needs a major overhaul imo..

This app has become useless on a Droid. It's very slow, opens multiple times, constantly refreshing databases, can't connect remotely to machines. Used to be a decent product that would save time.

I have to tap my screen after every menu click several times to prevent the THIRTY SECOND timer from shutting my screen off while I wait. And wait. And wait.

Waste your time downloading the software as I don't believe they're ever going to fix it

Just started to use labtech and thought i would try out the mobile app... searching doesnt work properly, all machines show up as OFFLINE even though through the control centre im remoted onto sed machine and there are a few other niggles as well but to be honest it works ok for just getting quick info when out and about

I use the mobile version for dire situations due to the limited functionality ... but I would like to at least see all my notes in the password section. It only shows the last or first line ...

I really like LabTech but the lack of attention to the need for good mobile apps makes me want to switch.

Useful to get basic online/offline status and basic machine info. Lab VNC doesn't work for me but the option is there. Can run scripts and simple searches. Most of what makes LabTech great is omitted from the moile version though. Would be nice to see ScreenConnect integration and/or RDP.

Unfortunately the app is fairly useless. Many functions haven't worked in a couple years. You can't filter tickets,You can't even Open tickets in the New queue! LabTech seems to have no will to update it. Its really sad considering this is a commercial product we all pay for!

Vnc doesn't work since server update. App needs help.

No work has been done to this app in a long time. Other rmms are more robust and I'm seriously considering making a switch.

This app needs a serious refresh. Last updated in 2012? Why aren't you smashing the other RMM companies with useful perks? Claiming you have an app isn't the same as having something useful. You're owned by ConnectWise and you own ScreenConnect... How about some integration on the mobile side so we can work in a pinch? Right now Continuum is beating a lot of the RMMs in the mobile department. Catch up - PLEASE!!! (How 'bout releasing it with the LT Desktop client GUI refresh your sales rep keeps telling me about ;))

I guess the mobile market is dying out.

One thing that needs to be added is the option to set maintenance mode.

My labVNC is no longer working sine we updated server side, this has not been updated since 2012 please show some love +Labtech

This app does not function as described in the documentation on version 4.3+ of Android. When I try to open the options menu on the ticket information screen I get nothing. This means I can't start a timer, reassign a ticket, or do anything meaningful whatsoever. This app is basically worthless until this functionality is restored. Also tried on 2.3 and 2.2, still broken. Please fix ASAP or we may have to investigate other options for our RMM system.

Vnc feature no longer works after Labtech 10 update.

Need to be able to see attached acreenshots for tickets.

This is a half hearted release, buggy and limited functionality. Where are the updates? c'mon labtech, finish what you started.

App is terrible. Most of the features and ticketing are non functional. Labtech I. General has bad programers!!

Excellent app, our field engineers have instanty been more productive with critical info right in their phone.

Users who can't see client machines don't know what they're doing. This app rawks!
