Went through a few workout apps before I found this one. I use it all the time at the gym for suggestions while targeting muscle groups, so I'm not stuck doinf the same routine over and over. Thanks!

Awesome! Even in this free version there is a bunch of exercises explained you can use for starting your bodybuilding habbit... Exercise every day people and let your muscles rest atleast 2 days before doin the same muscles category again! Eat alot of protein rich food, search more info on this subject. Gj dev!

Really good information..I don't use this all the time so I guess would not no the results of using it frequently .... but if I want to learn new exercises that work the different muscles in my body ...well I guess this app would be the place too look.....its got a good layout and its well presented an its free like many other apps so its worth the download....so its up to you!

This is great for a frequent traveller or body builder just getting started out. Really simple , effective exercises without needing to fiddle with controls. Could use a few more steps to the diagrams, though.
