iTalkuTalk is a language learning platform developed by National Taipei University of Technology

2) we provide the matching teacher with the student: you can find the native speakers with the most cost-effective price to speak English, Japanese, German, French, etc.

3) you can be paired with a learning partner who is not anonymous
