Orda Service

Приложение ORDA Service – электронная платформа взаимоотношений между собственниками (арендаторами) и органом управления объектом кондоминиума (далее - Управляющая компания).
Приложение ORDA Service обеспечивает:
• автоматизацию процесса приема заявок/жалоб, организацию обратной связи и упрощение взаимодействия с Управляющей компанией;
• прозрачность работы Управляющей компании в части принятия решений, отчетности о текущей работе и состоянии дома;
• решение вопроса участия в предварительном голосовании по различным вопросам, требующим вовлечения всех членов объекта кондоминиума;
• просмотр контактной информации об Управляющей компании, аварийных и диспетчерских служб;
• получение уведомлений от Управляющей компании и служб города;
• получение информации о наличии задолженности по ежемесячным взносам и иным платежам собственников помещений (квартир);
• отправление сообщения в службу поддержки клиентов, разработчикам приложения;
• приём запросов решения, по которым в соответствии с законодательством Республики Казахстан относится к компетенции Управляющей компании Appendix ORDA Service - an electronic platform of the relationship between the owners (tenants) and the governing body of the condominium (hereinafter - the Management Company).
ORDA Service application provides:
• the automation of the application process / complaints feedback organizing and simplifying the interaction with the Management Company;
• transparency of the management company in terms of decision-making, reporting on the current state of work and home;
• Addressing the issue of participation in the preliminary voting on various issues requiring the involvement of all members of the condominium object;
• View contact details of the Management Company, and emergency dispatch services;
• Receive notifications from the Management Company and the services of the city;
• Obtaining information on the availability of debt on monthly contributions and other payments to owners of premises (apartments);
• sending a message to the customer support, application developers;
• reception solutions queries that in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan is the responsibility of the Management Company
