Simple and reliable program to detect activity of GSM Monitoring System equipment designed for active and passive interception of voice and data of any GSM networks. Supports up to 4 GSM bands (850, 900, 1800, 1900), making it applicable anywhere in the world where GSM network is available
Detects the activity of the following types of spy equipment:
1. Active GSM Interceptor with A 5.x decoder that can intercept incoming and outgoing GSM calls and sms with any type of encryption in real time. They work with moving and stationary objects and provide talks and real-time data, analyse received data, capture IMSI/IMEI and perform selective suppression of GSM traffic in a given area.
2. 3G IMSI/IMEI/TMSI Catcher is designed to impact on the target phone to make it switch to GSM, to be able to intercept data from this phone with passive interceptors.
3. Blocker of the selected cell phones (Mobile phone firewall), for selective or mass suppression of GSM/UMTS targets. Based on the active base station, the mobile phone firewall allows authorized GSM/UMTS subscribers to use their phones as usual, receive calls, call, send and receive sms and so on, at the same time unauthorized phones in the vicinity of the systems do not have cellular service available.
4. GSM IMSI/IMEI/TMSI Catcher is designed to detect the presence of GSM-telephones in the region of interest. The whole system is based on a laptop and compact mini-BTS and is an active system, and thus, it makes GSM phones in its vicinity to register for it.

The application was developed in consultation with technical experts of cellular operators, who have moral suasion on the right of each of us to privacy, prohibition of all forms of arbitrary interference with privacy by the government and protection against such interference by third parties.

I like the idea of it warning of spies BUT when a bogus base station alert appears what do u do to stop it? What does it mean when it flashs in red 'now u can listen'?? Listen to what? How? I cant find no instructions on how to use it, interpret whats what. The help link gives a booklet in another language no english, but now is an empty link. Any advice or where i can find info on how to use it to full advantage??

install the app. it crashed. install again, crashed... try running again, crashed.... Samsung a5 2015 Android 6.0 routed ofc. I have another app purify and thought it was causing problems even when remove that all, this one still crash. I am giving this app 5 star in hope they fix it because apps like this protect human rights.

It seems legit, but I don't like having a cluttered notification panel. Thankfully there is an option to remove the status from your notification bar but every time I remove it the program crashes within a second or two of starting up and I have to Uninstall and reinstall to make it work again. Running on Samsung Galaxy s7 edge android 6.0.1. If this is fixed I will give 5 stars.

If you take the time to parse the data and understand the intricacies of this app, you will find a gold mine. To date nothing on Play comes close. It helped me in an undercover situation that required me stay put and after 3 emergency trips to different carrier stores and phones to FINALLY narrow the issue and squash it. This program sucks. It can't even detect my network, phone, or Sim Card. How can it do anything if it keeps on telling me my active network does not exist ? BITES ! By the way restarted my phone several times to no avail. And I am very computer literate, ThankYou. Maybe you have some dream hardware I can't afford, but said program is WORTHLESS on my phone.

Finally - an equivalent alternativ e to the broken code of AIMSICD, and in understandable English! Well done, I commend the efforts of its author, and recommend this app as a first choice, frontline defense against the offensive use of IMSI catchers and the usual spies in the wire (less) of de facto, contemporary, American life.

Tried a handful of others, this one is so far the best, seemingly in every category. All of the ppl who give it 1 star because they say it crashes or are too ignorant to understand anything about it at are pieces of trash. Just cuz you're either too stupid to restart your phone (contrary to popular belief, today's phones are exactly like computers, they NEED to be restarted now&then - magically making stuff work!), OR too ignorant to know what you're seeing OR too dumb to operate it ISNT THE CREATORS FAULT!

The only reason I gave it four is because I don't fully understand all I need to know right now about all its capabilities. But it does seem to find the targets it's looking for. And I will give it five stars for that for sure. I wish the map view worked on all detected targets.

Very easy. Takes the guesswork out of figuring out whether a base station is legit or not. Turnkey. Install and go. You don't have to be a cell phone tower expert with a Master's degree to discern between legitimate dangers and false positives -- like many similar apps expect of the end user.

Straight talk is my provider and I guess the app is working. It's found one tower? But it says in notification window that there is no signal, no network which I have no clue what that means but it hasn't given me any alerts yet so I guess that's good right?

You do know that 'unligitimate' is not a word, right? Just trying to be helpful. The proper word is 'illegitimate'.
