Sadly no updates for the existing bugs. Corrupted all files two times. For me it's too risky for daily use. Would love a real stable sync solution.

Finally! This still has some rough edges and bugs, but with a little debugging (adb logcat for the win!) can be made to give you read/write access to your tasks while on the go! It does get itself "wedged" regularly, and any tasks you add on the device after that time will be lost. So that kinda sucks. But I have great confidence that this will be worth four stars in a few releases :)

Has anyone tried it on Android 7.1.1? Using the same config I used to have on Android 5, I got "Failed to connect to local socket: Unknown error -1". Sad, this was a killer app for me...

This is one of the major reasons why I returned back to Taskwarriror from Org-mode. ;) Thank you very much for it...I'd also pay or will donate hoping it will stay around for a long time!!

U70%
by U####:

Hitting enter when typing a custom filter doesn't apply it, and you have to tap the search button next to actually apply it. This, and how much effort it took to get my keys in are the only reason i didn't give this a 5

by Z####:

This is very good, simple and helpful app. I like configuration done via the text file and syncing works flawlessly. I just sometimes wonder - if the main executable is binary, would it also be possible to run task from terminal bash shell - if I install it.

P70%
by P####:

It could do with a dark theme but includes all the features from taskwarrior that I'd want on my phone / tablet.

R70%

Works very well once you get past the setup process. Just needs list with sub tasks and it would perfect!

Off to a great start! App and sync are working after entering taskd settings.

Thanks for making this app. It's just what TaskWarrior needs! Sync flawlessly.

The perfect substitute for Android

Been looking for a good equivalent for Taskwarrior to use on my mobile. The best thing about this one is that it *is* Taskwarrior, with a GUI laid over the top of it. And the interfaces and functions that are not yet ready via the GUI are still available via a built-in command environment.

Solid early release with good capabilities. Syncs flawlessly with taskd server even with heavy-duty encryption settings (SECURE256:+TLS-VER1.2) on Android 6.x Interface would benefit from the following: - Allow the user to customize which reports show up in the toolbar - there are too many and most Taskwarrior power users gravitate to only a few reports (ls, ready, blocked, blocking) - Create a drop-down to enable / disable each tag thereby filtering the results of each report. This could be done via the taskwarrior context command. - Create a drop-down to filter results by project - Place the project and tag fields on the same row in the report viewer to reduce the number of lines used in the display. - Allow the user to override the system default font size to select smaller / larger text in the report viewer. - Fully populate all the fields in the dialog box that pops up when the user taps on the project or tag of a task in the report viewer.

Left taskwarrior years ago because I needed my task list on my phone. Thanks.

I wasn't using taskwarrior actively as it didn't have any decent sync implementation for android. Now things have changed and we have a good taskwarrior app with capabilities to contact a sync server, great! Happy to see this finally enter the play store.

Y70%
by Y####:

A simple, functional client for Taskwarrior that actually works! So happy to have this finally. I'd love a widget, and the option for a more compact task view, but a working sync function is already a five-star review from me.

A very neatly crafted app dedicated to the task warrior experience. Sync works flawlessly, although had to turn on the "storage" permission manually on Nexus 5x for it to read the .pem files.

Excellent application it works perfectly. I am looking forward to the development of this.

Love the fact that sync with taskd works and that task ranking would be like the real thing. Auto sync isn't working for some reason though.

W70%

Use Task Warrior on GNU/Linux? Want to sync with your Taskd server? Install this.

S70%
by S####:

Cool! What is needed now to become the perfect app is an easy way to browse the tasks by tags (like categories)!

Y70%
by Y####:

Please enable Dropbox storage (which is how I 'sync' Task Warrior without the bother of running a server).
