First of all this app is not a user friendly app. Please update it and I don't think if there is any option to transfer money online. If there is let me know otherwise please add this feature in your next update as online transfer is very common now a days. Thank you.

third class app.who has designed it.please learn from other good bank apps. half of the time it hangs, & doesn't log in. the earler versions were much better than this. please improve your app immediately.

In the previous version we are able to see the amount of cash deposited in the month. Now this option is missing. Since there is a limit for cash deposits and charges applicable beyond limit this feature is very very essential. Please revert back the cash deposit tracking option. Thank you

Latest version is not programmed properly. The narration in the detailed transaction page is rolling over many lines instead of a single line (as in the previous version) making the view very uncomfortable. Please correct this ASAP

Karur vysya bank is charging more service charges from customers. Other Banks are not doing. Even for NEFT also they are charging min Rs.5. & of u deposit cash non-home branch then also they are charging. Planning to close account in kvb.

Very worst response. I installed it yesterday but till now i didn't get any mpin in my registered mobile and can't able to login the app.

Dear KVB, You require to learn a lot from your peers like South Indian Bank & Federal Bank on Digital front. Your digital products are least user friendly and fails most of the time. Registration process is also tiresome. Please get back to your senses and keep up with timem

What you have done with this app, in previous version it is manageable to see account activity , now it has became totally waste. Please roll back this update. It has became worst now.

Worst app. Not showing account details. Always shows no details found. Just getting login is not enough. Need to be user friendly. Like to see statement but says no details found... Disgusting

What the hell, Was this tested? The UI is not at all mobile friendly. Guys plz test the app in all latest mobile android version. On Android 7 it sucks. Totally a yuck app on my mobile.

New updated app not working properly,previous was much batter we can see selected date,month, but updated app don`t have these facility. so I am very disappointed with undated app.

Fixed deposit statement in amount detail, last 3 digit not Visible. eg: original amount-300000, visible 300, last 3 zeros not Visible... Other this good. My mobile model Mi Max...

The fonts have become large. Unable to view properly anything in the app. Please check out whether this bug is only for honor 6x or for all. Previously it worked fine but now it has become worse.

Worst app.....I received main also again it ask customers id and reg mobile number. ...I try so many times but not working .friends don't use this app this is very bad

I restarted my phone, downloaded the app again, tried registering, with customer I'd and registered phone number but no use,I couldn't. But the m pay started working immediately

Worst banking app ever, I have trying to reset my mpin, it is shown invalid old mpin, or unable to connect to server, but I entered correct mpin. I have unable to change my mpin, Previous update is better, unbrain, development.

Good app but kvb waste charges my money 300 RS deduct why? I ask branch say annual charges very bad kvb

App is very nice... But many times when i request for some service it is telling to relog again.. Needs to be rectified immediately otherwise it may attract bad rating

Earlier version was perfect but this new update is very bad. Always it hangs and mainly during the weekend's. The anmol rewards points is not working at all.

24/7 unable to reach server at this moment please try later. Trying to login in to my new device since two days.

This new update is full of bugs. Account statement presentation is very poor. Narration strip is too narrow. So transactions are spaced out. Columns are misaligned. This is very poor design.

Last Update is not working properly. The transaction lists field letters appears one by one in vertical order. Please resolve it.

Worst app. Doesn't work properly in Android 7.

This application takes a lot of time to load. Very slow in process. Kvb has to improve the processing speed by updating the application.

Worst app after updation, always saying try again later while entering user ID and password, not logged in after many times of reinstallation
