It is choosing not to eat certain animals based upon its intelligence. If I am given a choice on what I can eat, I personally would rather eat a less intelligent animal. The simple reasoning behind that is because they are more similar to us (humans).

'Idiotarionism' is a great resource for learning about what the top 20 smartest animals are, complete with quickfacts and a visual of what the animal looks like--an effective tool for making others feel for the animals they may currently be eating. Now whenever I am at a party explaining my revolutionary diet to some strangers I just met, I can just whip out this app and school them with actual examples of why these animals are intelligent. Now I am curious if any of these animals pass the Turing test.
