Smart Protractor is in the 1st set of the Smart Tools collection.
This app measures the angle and the slope of an object. It has three protractor modes.
1. Touch mode : for angle. After putting an object on the screen, touch the screen.
2. Plumb mode : for slope. A weight shows the slope of your device.
3. Camera mode : goniometer, inclinometer. It uses camera view.

Been using protractor for many years and is never failed me yet If you do a lot of angle finding this is the one for you.

This does what it says superbly. Would give it five but it doesn't switch orientation when I use the one flat side of my phone, so I have to read it upside down. The correct oriented side has the phone's volume control, so it's not flat.

Just used it today. Camera and regular mode. It did what I need and was quite flexible in how I wanted to use it. Can see the potential for the Plumb (level) mode and am excited for the opportunity to apply it. If there was a option to input an exact angle rather then trying to drag it (it is difficult to remove finger from screen holding an exact measurement) it would make it easier when you know the angle you need and are just trying to confirm the actual.
