About eKAPA
The Korean Association for Public Administration (KAPA) is one of the world’s largest academic organizations in the field public administration and policy. Founded in 1956 shortly after the Korean war, the KAPA membership is now composed of about 2,000 scholars, public officials and research institutions. KAPA works very actively as a central post for the academic activities of Korean public administration and policy. Furthermore, it also strives to offer a valuable venue for scholarship and friendship for the international communities of public administration, ranging from Asia to other continents such as Americas, Europe, and Africa. KAPA publishes the International Review of Public Administration, which is an international journal registered to Scopus and published by Taylor & Francis Group in preparation to register in the Social Science Citation Index(SSCI). In addition, KAPA also publishes the Korean Public Administration Review (in Korean), which is the top social science journal in Korea.
