대법원 인터넷등기소 홈페이지에서 제공하고 있는 주요 서비스를 스마트폰에서도 편리하게 이용할 수 있습니다.
'부동산 등기열람', '법인 등기열람' 메뉴에서는 열람대상 검색 및 전자결제를 통해 신속하게 등기기록을 열람할 수 있습니다.

'등기신청사건처리현황', 'e-Form신청처리내역조회' 메뉴에서는 신청사건의 현재 처리현황을 확인할 수 있습니다.
'발급여부확인'메뉴에서는 등기사항증명서의 발급 사실 여부를 확인할 수 있으며 '등기소검색'메뉴에서는 등기소 관할구역 및 위치정보를 확인할 수 있습니다.

그 외 메뉴를 통해 등기관련 정보, 예규, 공지사항 등을 확인하실 수 있습니다.


[메뉴 구성]
1. 부동산 등기열람
- 열람대상 검색 : 간편검색, 소재지번, 도로명을 입력하여 열람대상을 검색할 수 있습니다.
- 전자결제 : 신용카드, 휴대폰, 선불전자지급수단을 통해 결제할 수 있습니다.
- 등기사항증명서 열람 : 결제한 부동산의 등기사항증명서를 열람할 수 있습니다.
- 미열람 : 결제 후 열람하지 않은 목록을 확인하고 3개월 이내에 열람할 수 있습니다.
- 재열람 : 최초 열람 후 1시간이 경과하지 않은 재열람 가능 목록을 확인하고 열람할 수 있습니다.

2. 법인 등기열람
- 열람대상 검색 : 상호, 등기번호, 등록번호, 로마자를 입력하여 열람대상을 검색할 수 있습니다.
- 전자결제 : 신용카드, 휴대폰, 선불전자지급수단을 통해 결제할 수 있습니다.
- 등기사항증명서 열람 : 결제한 법인의 등기사항증명서를 열람할 수 있습니다.
- 미열람 : 결제 후 열람하지 않은 목록을 확인하고 3개월 이내에 열람할 수 있습니다.
- 재열람 : 최초 열람 후 1시간이 경과하지 않은 재열람 가능 목록을 확인하고 열람할 수 있습니다.

3. 등기신청사건처리현황
- 부동산 등기 : 소재지번, 도로명 및 접수번호 등을 입력하여 해당 신청사건의 현재 처리현황 정보를 조회할 수 있습니다.
- 법인 등기 : 상호, 등기번호, 로마자 및 접수번호 등을 입력하여 해당 신청사건의 현재 처리현황 정보를 조회할 수 있습니다.

4. e-Form신청처리내역조회
: 본인이 제출한 부동산 및 법인 등기 전자표준양식 신청사건의 현재 처리현황을 일괄 조회할 수 있습니다.

5. 발급여부확인
: 부동산, 법인, 동산채권담보, 기타 등기사항증명서의 발급확인 번호 입력을 통해 발급 사실 여부를 확인할 수 있습니다.

6. 등기소검색
: 등기소 관할 및 등기소명을 통해 등기소 위치 등의 정보를 확인할 수 있습니다.
