Unlike the other series of Hutos (1-4 and 6-9) which I successfully installed and downloaded the videos for my clips, this serial 5 keep having error msg and I simply cannot do anything. Can advise?

Anytime I've tried to open this particular hutos app it simply shows a pop-up in Korean that must say it's not going to work, because it never has. I have nearly everything else from hutos bought and loaded and none of the others do it. I've waited a while, nothing's been done so...
