전자구매시스템 스타빌은 대학교, 공공기관/단체, 일반기업체의 전자상거래를 지원하는
ASP/SaaS 정보시스템으로 구매공고 조회 및 참여신청, 전자입찰, 전자계약, 수발주 및 납품관리 등의 기능을 제공합니다.

온라인을 통해 협력/납품업체 가입이 가능하며, 가입비와 이용료는 무료이며
개별 구매기관에게 웹을 통하여 별도의 거래참가 승인을 받아야 합니다.

스타빌 안드로이드 앱은 웹사이트(www.starbill.co.kr)를 통해 회원 가입 후 이용 가능하며 다음 기능을 제공합니다.

1. 공지사항 조회
2. Push메세지 (담당자 전송문, 공고게시알람, 참여결과 알람 외)
3. 구매공고 (구매기관의 전자견적 및 전자입찰 공고 표시)
4. 참여공고 (견적/입찰 참여결과 확인)

스타빌 앱 로그인은 회원가입시 입력한 사업자등록번호와 어플용 비밀번호 6자리로 이용 가능하며 안드로이드폰 만을 지원합니다.

Star Bill app login is available with six-digit password for the application and registration company registration number and entered only supports Android phone.
