Spendit 은 출장 경비 지출 관리 솔루션으로 스마트폰과 PC를 통해 기업 내 지출 준법 감시(Compliance) 기능, 경비 지출 보고서 작성 및 제출부터 승인 업무(전자 승인 모듈을 통한), 그리고 환급처리까지 모든 과정을 해결해 줄 수 있는 클라우드 베이스 소프트웨어입니다. 또한 회계프로그램과 ERP 연동 지원 예정입니다.
Spendit 은 종이 영수증을 스캔하여 상호, 금액, 날짜, 통화, 주소, 사업자번호를 자동 인식후 전자 문서화 및 보관합니다.
저장된 경비 지출 영수증들을 보고서로 변환해 계정 내 상급자에게 제출하거나 PDF/CSV 파일을 이메일로도 전송 가능합니다.
App/Web을 통해 편리하고 정확한 영수증/보고서 경비 지출 관리도 가능하며 언제 어디서든 손쉽게 사용하기 용이합니다.

현재 Beta Test 진행 중입니다. Spendit is to address the whole process up through the smartphone and PC with travel expenses management solutions, enterprise spending Compliance (Compliance) functionality, expense reports and from (via e-approved modules) approved job submission and reimbursement process a number of cloud-based software. It is also planned to be available in conjunction with ERP accounting program.
Spendit scans by name, amount, date, currency, addresses, and then automatically recognizes the number of providers of electronic documentation and archiving paper receipts.
To convert the saved expense receipts to report to my superiors account or Email PDF / CSV files can be transferred.
It can be convenient and accurate receipt / expense report management through the App / Web, and is easy to use and easy anytime, anywhere.
