저희 위너스는 먼저 태권도장으로써 기본적으로 갖춰야 할 무도 정신을 잊지 않고 바른 인성과 가치관을 가지며, 태권도라는 우리나라의 국기를 제대로 배울 수 있도록 노력하고 있습니다.
수련시간은 재미있으면서도 강한 훈련을 지향하여, 수련생들이 자발적으로 즐겁게 운동할 수 있도록 유도하고 있습니다.
또한 체계적인 성장관리 시스템을 도입해서 올바르고 건강하게 성장하고 있는지 체크 / 관리하고 강인한 체력과 신체 발달을 위해 항상 연구하고 있으며, 타 도장과 비교할 수 없는 현대 감각에 맞는 과학적이고 다양한 프로그램들을 통해 수련생들의 정서와 학습능력에 까지도 순기능을 할 수 있도록 노력하고 있습니다.
