1. 서비스 유의사항
▶ 이용가능 기기는 1인당 1단말기 정책입니다.
- 서비스 해지시 재가입하여야 하며, 이용 휴대폰 변경시에도 단말기정보 확인을 위해
재가입 절차가 진행됩니다.
- 지문인식을 통해 로그인 또는 송금 등의 서비스를 이용하려면 지문등록이 지원되는
단말기에서만 이용 가능합니다. (지문인식이 안되는 기기는 간편비밀번호 이용)
▶ 서비스 이용시간은 24시간 365일 이며, 업무의 종류 및 서비스의 내용에 따라 서비스이용시간의 제한이 있을 수 있습니다. 서비스이용시간은 상상뱅크 안내사항에 공지합니다.
▶ 비대면으로 개설할 수 있는 상상모바일통장(요구불계좌)은 1인당 1개로 제한되며 이용하실 지역 및 금고는 이용고객이 직접 정할 수 있습니다.
▶ 간편송금 및 간편출금의 한도는 각각 1일, 1회 50만원 이내입니다.
