I installed this app last week for streaming, but why now I want to streaming mubank there no notification and there no video of newest mubank live? So I stream via YT instead

I downloaded it to enable me watch kpop world festival but it did not stream...how annoying!i couldnt even vote and what's with the kakao account?i created one but they wont let me sign in...useless app dont download evryone

When I wrote a comment and said " Love bts" nothing shown on tv... only the comments from earlier, and it's always repeating, can you at least let the other people, have there turn, not always the same people, its not fair for the rest

Please make it full English cause this app is for international fans who want to watch Korean broadcasting. Some people doesn't know Korean writing. It will be helpful if this app full English. Thanks.

During music bank, I wrote a comment on tvut but it doesn't appear on tv, is it because there is a problem with the app or kbs doesn't allow my comment to be on tv?

Not sure how to contact or be contacted because my username is a winner of the BTS signed album and I'm super nervous I won't get it... as far as interactions it was perfect!
