Monte Gallery - Image Viewer

Nice photo app. Calender is unique and does its job well. Found the social tab - not the simplest method around. Instead of 1 step to Social sharing, there is 2 or 3. Still with future updates, i'm sure this will be a very popular app. Have had zero reply to email support. 1 star - will update if ever there is a reply.

I thought this app was broken but turns out it all depends on which phone you have, working fine for me now. Love it nothing else like it on the Play Store.. PLEASE don't abandon it

Doesn't have a free version to evaluate. Fc when I want to open a pic to view it. Just a standard photo viewer, can't find any train to buy. But using calendar our location grouping.

5 star if can change with custom background

This app has many great features as others have commented. One of them is the ability to lock pics behind a password. The fact that the editing tools are not available for locked pics is annoying, as is the fact that if you go from one locked folder to another you have to re-enter your password. The biggest issue though, is if you viewing locked pics. exit the app, and then show all running apps from the toolbar, the pics can be seen, which defeats the purpose. I just downloaded this it has its bugs on my LG G Pro Lite but I still want to continue to use it I like it a lot love that you can record a voice memo on each photo & the tag feature is great also nothing else like it on the Play Store.. PLEASE don't abandon it

Far exceeds the many other gallery apps I've tried. What an amazing idea the calendar view is. Now I want it on my PC UPDATE: dropped a star because viewing resolution when zooming in is not true photo resolution. e.g. Zooming in on a high res photo using default gallery still gives high quality, but not when using Monte.

Helpful to seach photo by date. Memo & Voice recording in photo is very nice to pass my greeting or message to friends.

Title says it all, it crashes on particular images and can't play gifs.

The calendar is wonderful.

Zoom in resolution is not real.. But updates keep getting better

it can read pictures off of external storage but i cant change/create a folder to the external sdcard. im on android 4.2.2. i go to change the default create folder location and press the "up directory" button and it only goes up once it wont keep going up and i cant type in the file path i want to put in either. for android 4.1.2 or lower this is probably fine only going up one directory but android 4.2.x + has a different folder structure to the internal sdcard. /storage/emulated/0/ is its path instead of /storage/sdcard0 which is what it is in 4.1.2 or older needs to be fixed

I hate to break this off after all this time but you've done it to me too many times. You know what I'm talking about... you've lost my precious locked photos when I try to unlock them. I forgave you the first time as I thought it was just a one-time thing. The second time it happened I was mad at myself for trusting you again. NOW, it's happened again!! I loved you. I loved the way you looked and I loved how you handled my photos just the way I liked. But enough is enough!! NO MORE!! We've grown apart

I was hoping to use this app to help organize pictures for downloading to computer. This app doesn't save Tags or Album information into the actual jpgs so all of that information is useless outside of the app

Monte has more functions than I have found in the other picture galleries so far - for example, showing photos grouped against a calendar is very useful. Dev has been very responsive and been able to answer questions/issues.

Fast and feature rich. Album and tagging pics on the fly! Wonderful.
