Absolute piece of garbage. Connects to phone or tablet but no functionality at all. Don't even see the image or stored files. Android 6.0.1 and 4.2.1. Need remote functionality; without it the camera is useless to me. Minus 5 stars..

Refuses to connect. I'm on the cameras WiFi but then nothing happens on the app, no live feed and no option to transfer files. The camera is great, but the app is absolute pants and completely redundant.

It works, but leaves much to be desired. Download should be able to be continued, if disconnected halfway, and it should happen in background without affecting the usage of the camera.

I use it with the galaxy note edge and when i try to record and download video with minimum or maximum setting resolution, it is always crashed when i download video data. please fix it!!

Seems to work fine on the sgs7. Remote control and playback both work ok. Only crashes when the camera is turned off while using it.

Terrible. Trying to do a time lapse and after one shot, the app and camera both freeze. Have to remove camera battery to restart it. Worse than useless.

Doesnt connect half the time. constant crashes and slow down. garbage app.

The app keeps crashing on xperia z5 compact trying to connect, and when it does finally connect the list of files available to download (pictures and videos) is blank when will this be fixed?

five starts works perfectly fine and never had a problem and all the people that have tbe problem are just dumb and need to get a new phone ffs idiotic people but again i live this app .

App has worked well in the past. But for some reason the ability to view media is now making the app crash. So I can only use the app for cha gung settings and viewing the camera.

If the app doesn't work. It limits the different capabilities the camera has. Can't use it for my guad, can't use it for ice fishing.

Everything going good after the firmware update. No more crashes or anything but, may i ask why after i snap a picture and it wont show on my phone ? I cant even download it because it doesnt show anything. Empty. But when i looked at the playback ( on camera ) its theres. But not on the phone. May i ask why is that happen and one more thing. How to change the wifi password on this thing ? I dont want other people connect with my cam. So would you kindly put on settings that could change the wifi password.

The cameras with the latest firmware ver 02.240.002 crashed the moment 1920x1080 50p video is activated through latest WIFI apps ver 1.2.2 released on Dec 11, 2015, and will require battery removal. So far all 3 cameras tested at the store as well as with our local distributor have the same problem. Not only that when it hangs the battery will overheat and cause the camera to be jammed in the waterproof casing causing removal difficult or almost impossible. Ver 02.260.011 still crash occasionally.

I bought iSaw edge action cam since the specs or the video quality is the same as goPro. However, when I downloaded the App for the iSaw edge, it was NOT WORKING. I am always stuck to the album. I cant view the camera nor fix some settings. The app is no good, just a piece of junk on my phone memory. PLEASE FIX THIS. I HOPE MY MONEY WAS WORTH IT.

Most up to date Firmaware + this app = ever time to download the video via the app it got stuck where have to remove batery from the camera to enable it again.

after i updated the new FW for my edge everything went well but why i cant download my videos from app, when i try to download my video it never fully downloaded, always stop in the middle. and the camera freeze, had to remove the battery, fix it ASAP and i will give you 5*

Upgraded new firmware , occasionally crash but more stable, unfortunately no photo or video can be view from apps after snap and recording. Hopefully can be fix with new apps version. Thank you

why after i connect and snap the photo with my phone, there is a lag and crash in my Action cam? so i must put off the battery and put it on again to turn on the camera.

This app was stuck after i take a photo,many forum says the isaw app its not good not like that action cam

I use isaw wing. I can take photos and videos, but i cant send it to my phone directly.
