Pamela and others, if it stops working try to warm the antenna plug with a lighter, it maybe just a electrical connection broken, it worked for me, but be careful. Company ownership changed and support ended... Doesn't work with nougat? (2 years ago) With new update it supports HD via hardware decoder! it doesn't have capability to program schedule. Apart from this, it's a wonderful system both on phones and tablets. Picture quality is very high,if you are short sighted you will find it much better than big screens. It has a stupid limitation of stopping recording at 0,5 gigabyte free (or not even starting if less), but if you have an SD card .

I am getting only one channel in Australia, what's the clue on getting all or more channels

Since the last update, whilst in the middle of watching something, my tablet shuts itself down. I happens at different times, ie. after about 5 minutes, after about 10 minutes. Sometimes there is a loud buzzing sound for about 3 seconds before it shuts down. I was watching the Olympics the other morning , and in 30 minutes it shut itself down 3 times! Can you please sort this. It is driving me crazy!!

Previously working Samsung 6 edge, Surface 4 and laptop. Now it says no signal available even though the wifi iplug connection is strong it doesn't find any channels and when rescanning it comes up with zero. Restarted iplug several times but nothing and don't know what to try next.

Streams nicely any content. One issue found is that I cannot connect it to my router so I have to use the adhoc network.

I was aware of different signals when abroad but since the app listed United States as a choice which is also atsc i was confused. Manual search should be an option.

Just buy the hardware and use your phone as a viewer and recorder using WiFi. Great for when there is an abundance of shows on that you want to watch at the same time. Watch one and record the other on your phone to watch on the go.

In australia we have channel 7flix we have picture but no sound, when will you fix this?

How to access settings button on a galaxy s7. On a nexus 6 its in the bar with the other buttons. The galaxy s7 has hardware buttons

No time program recording, just present. Otherwise it is good additional TV on most devices but just one at a time and non HD. :(

Well made app and now it got even better with the hardware decoder support for the HD channels.

Can't schedule TV recordings the simple record button is very limited. Also will show HD channels if broadcast on DVB-T/MPEG 4 ie except Freeview HD but my nexus 7 (2013) doesn't appear to be fast enough to display picture smoothly on HD channels, wonder if anyone else has has a better experience using a more powerful tablet/smartphone. Still the picture quality is superb though on HD channels and playing back recorded files using MX Player seems to rectify the stuttering picture issue mostly.

It only works if the bluetooth is turned off. Whenever I turn on the bluetooth and try to connect to the iPlug WiFi network, the iPlug wifi network crashes and i have to physically reboot the tv plug

This is a great product and I highly recommend it. Have to hook on to outside attenna (house) where we live as we live in a difficult tv reception area so being wifi no problem at all.Small enough to take with you and just hook on to a house hold attenna with the right simple attenna connector for your grandkids etc.

Very big disappointing from the scanning BC it doesn't show all the channels of the area also the HD channel can't support!

The glitchy visual breakups are not present on the apple version. Typical of most Android Apps, and its 10 times better. The box should have wired ethernet port. Disappointed the hardware is a plugpack with no access to the low voltage side. Was intending to use in a caravan with a tablet off the grid. Wish it had a signal strength indicator. Wish it could downscale all channels to a set size because HD will never work properly via wifi. Overall, im considering returning it to the store.

Worked great on my s4. On the s5 there's no options/settings tab after initial set up. I'd like to be able to rescan stations.

Great app....works well on HTC desire S and Samsung tablet 10.1

It freezes my phone sometimes after several minutes of watching. I need to restart the phone again as it won't respond when pressing the HOME button. Any fixes for this kind of trouble? Thanks

Did not even recognise device - did not receive any response when I contacted customer support. Works great on the iPad though.
