TP Scheduler

This application is for customers who are users of the TelePresence Scheduler.

The TelePresence (CISCO) meeting scheduler is not only available on the web but is also available on your mobile phone to allow customers to easily check and schedule meetings.

1. Check Meeting Schedule
You can view and edit meeting schedules that you host and for meetings you need to join.

2. Schedule a Meeting
To schedule a meeting, simply select your TP room and the opponent’s TP room then select the desired meeting time.

3. Alerts and ‘Push’ Notification
You can set an alert for each meeting schedule and be notified of new meeting schedules in real-time by activating the Push’ notification functionality,.

1. 예약확인
내가 주최한 회의내역과 참여할 회의내역을 확인 및 수정할 수 있습니다.

2. 예약하기
내가 참여할 TP룸과 상대방의 TP룸을 지정 후 예약 가능한 시간에 예약할 수 있습니다.

3. 알림 및 PUSH 기능
각 예약건별로 알림을 지정할 수 있으며, 새로운 예약 건에 대해 push기능이 지원
됩니다.
