해로드

해로드(海Road)는 안드로이드 2.2 버전 이상 스마트폰에 누구나 손쉽게 설치하여 사용할 수 있는 해양정보 어플리케이션입니다. 참고용 전자해도상에서 자선의 위치를 볼 수 있으며, 이동경로 저장 및 다시보기, POI(관심지점, Point of Interest) 설정, 내위치 전송, 긴급구조 요청 등 해상 활동시 유용한 기능을 제공합니다. 2014년 8.1부터 9.30 까지 시범서비스를 마치고 2014년 10월 1일부터 정식 서비스 중에 있습니다. 개선 요구사항은 ndgps@korea.kr로 보내주시기 바랍니다.

주요 기능

1. 지도보기(전자해도/네이버 지도)
- 해도는 전자해도 기반의 참조용 해도를 제공하고 있습니다.
- 내륙에서는 네이버지도를 제공합니다.

2. 관심지점 저장
- 현재 위치 또는 관심지점(POI, Point of Interest)을 등록합니다.

3. 목적지 찾기
- 명칭/경위도를 입력하여 목적지를 찾습니다.
- 화면을 탭하여 특정위치를 찾습니다.
- 저장한 관심지점을 불러옵니다.
- 저장한 이동경로를 불러옵니다.

4. 관제센터 연결
- 인근 관제센터의 연락처 주소 및 바로 통화하기 기능을 제공합니다.
- 해상교통 관제센터의 위치를 지역별로 보여줍니다.

5. 내위치 전송
- 전화번호(연락처)를 이용한 내 위치 전송

6. 해양기상정보
- 해상활동에 필요한 기상정보를 기상청 API와 연동하여 실시간으로 제공합니다.

7. 목적지 검색
- 명칭검색, 좌표 검색 기능을 제공합니다.

8. SOS 기능
- 해양경찰청(122) 과 소방방재청(119)를 선택하여 위치 정보 전송기능을 제공합니다.
- 메시지 전송 후 음성 통화연결을 제공합니다.
- 최초 요청된 좌표에서 100미터 이격 시 재전송 기능을 제공합니다.

9. 환경설정
- 기본 설정(화면꺼짐, 좌표/속도/거리 단위, 안내선 색상, 수신환경 설정)

4 control center connection
 - Provide a contact address and to call functions in a nearby control center immediately.
 - By region shows the location of the maritime traffic control center.

5 Within the Transport
 Location transmitted using my phone number (contact)

6 Marine weather information
 - Provides real-time weather information in conjunction with the National Weather Service API required for offshore activity.

7 destination search
- Provide a name search, coordinates search.

8. SOS function
- The transfer function provides location information to select the Coast Guard (122) and the National Emergency Management Agency (119).
- Provides a voice call connection and send messages.
- To provide retransmission capability at 100 m apart in the first coordinate requests.

9 Preferences
- The default setting (Off screen, coordinates / speed / distance unit, color guides, set receiving environment)
- Notification settings (notification events)
