TAP-IT: 영유아 청각 수행력 발달 검사

신생아청각선별검사로 조기 난청 진단과 재활이 이뤄지고 있지만 영유아의 보청기 및 인공와우의 효과를 평가할 수 있는 타당도와 신뢰도를 갖춘 표준화된 검사가 부재하여, 전문가들이 청각장애 영유아의 보청기 및 인공와우의 효과를 평가하고 진전을 모니터하는데 어려움을 겪고 있습니다.
TAP-IT(영유아 청각 수행력 발달 검사)는 문헌 연구와 전문가 협의를 통해서 청각장애 영유아의 기능적인 청각 능력을 평가하기 위해서 개발되었습니다. 본 연구자는 검사의 문항 분석과 월령에 따른 정상청력 영유아의 규준을 설정하고자 하고자 하며, 생후 5일부터 24개월 사이의 자녀를 둔 부모님들에게 설문조사를 실시하기 위해서 앱 기반 검사를 제작, 무료 배포하고자 합니다.
