우리 유치원은 1974년 현대중공업(주)이 직원 복지차원에서 설립되었으며 학교 법인 현대학원에서 운영관리를 하고 있습니다.
현대유치원은 동부동에 현대동부유치원 6학급, 서부동에 현대서부유치원6학급이 위치하고 있으며 만 3세, 만 4세, 만5세 유아가 다니고 있습니다.
교육의 질은 교사의 질을 뛰어 넘을 수 없음에 현대유치원은 어려운 공채시험에 합격한 우수한 교사진이 유아에게 알맞은 교육 환경 및 다양한 체험활동의 기회를 제공하고 유아들 한명 한명을 우리아이처럼 소중하고 아름답고 지혜롭게 자라날 수 있도록 모두가 한마음으로 최선을 다하고 있습니다.
