유아기는 창조기입니다.
이시기에 - 자연- 이것만은 꼭 완성시켜라.
이것은 그 후 성장의 토대가 되는 것이므로 훌륭하게 성취 해두지 않으면 안 된다는 “숙제” 를 부과 하고 있습니다.
움직임을 통해서 정신을 만들어야 하는 유아기는 주어진 환경을 흡수하면서 “지성”과 “의지”를 만들어 갑니다.
본 유치원은 21세기를 주도할 창의력있는 유아를 양성하고,도덕성함양 에 역점을두고 교육하고 있습니다.
 
이러한 교육을 위해서는,
첫 번째로 교육환경입니다.
두 번째로 교육프로그램입니다.
세 번째로 교사자격입니다.
 
이렇게 교육환경, 교육프로그램, 교사자격은 유아교육에 있어서 3대 필수조건이라 할수있습니다.
 
교육방법으로는 Dewey의 아동중심교육철학,  Piaget의 구성주의, Gardner의 다중지능이론의 교육적 철학을두고 자연생태교육으로 아이들의 건강, 창의성,인지능력,심미감,의사소통 등에 기초를 두고자 합니다.
이러한 교육을 통해서 아이들에게 도덕성함양을 갖추고 자신의 잠재적 능력계발에 도움을 주도록하여 교육의방향을 잘 설계할수 있도록 , 항상 연구하는 원장이 되도록 노력하겠습니다.
