아이들의 눈높이로 마음을 읽어줄 수 있는 그런 선생님이 되고 싶었습니다.
아이들이 힘 주어 응가할때 옆에서 함께 용을 써주며
잘했다고 격려와 인정해 주는 그런 선생님이 되고 싶었습니다.
영아를 영아로, 유아를 유아로만 보지 않고, 친구로 만나고 싶었습니다.
아이들에게 힘 행사 하지 않고 진정한 인격체로 대하고자 마음 먹었습니다.
우리 아이들도 매일 매일 행복했으면 좋겠습니다.
친구가 울때 누물 닦아주는, 콩 반쪽 나누어 줄 때도 '고마워' 할 수있는,
가슴이 넉넉한 아이로 자랐으면 좋겠습니다.
필요할때, 적절한 때 꿈나무들에게 내려지는 단비가 되도록 최선과 정성을 다하겠습니다.
