중부명성교회

중부명성교회는

1994년 10월 8일(죽림동 서남교회 선교관) 창립된 대한 예수교 장로회(통합) 소속 교회로 복음주의적이면서 개혁지향적인 교회입니다.
담임목사로 시무하는 송석홍 목사님은 청주고, 청주대학, 장로회 신학대학과 신학 대학원을 졸업하셨고 미국 뉴욕 Seminary 박사과정을 수료하였으며, 청주 C.C.C대표, 청주 상당교회와 미국 새순교회를 담임하신 바 있습니다.
1996년 12월 15일부터 현재까지 청주시 흥덕구 분평동 619번지(분평주공 아파트 6,7단지 앞)에서 1700여명의 성도들과 함께 선교를 지향하는 교회로 (재정의 65% 이상 선교비 지출) 신앙의 공동체를 이루어 가고 있습니다.

7대 실천지침

하나. 성령보다 기도보다 앞서지 않는다.
둘. 선교지향적인 교회로 학원선교, 농어촌선교, 북방선교, 세계선교에 힘쓴다.
셋. 청주 성시화 운동에 지역 모든 교회와 함께 주력한다.
넷. 교회 재정의 65% 이상을 선교와 구제에 사용한다.
다섯. 개혁 지향적인 목회현장을 조성하며 협력목회, 이웃교회를 섬기는 목회모델을 만들어간다.
여섯. 모든 성도들은 신앙의 생활화, 문화화, 형제화, 순장화를 이루는데 목표를 둔다.
일곱. 성도들은 교회의 모든 사역과 집회에 주인의식을 가지고 참여하며 교회의 모든 기관들은 선교 체제로 조직, 운영한다.
