비젼

1. 교육하는 교회가 되고자 합니다.
알차고 체계적인 교육을 통하여 보다 성숙한 교회로 성장해 가기를 원합니다. 그래서 마음만이 뜨거워지는 교회가 아니라 지식에까지 새로워지고 삶과 인격의 변화가 이루어지도록 훈련시키는 교회로 자라나도록 하고자 합니다.

2. 선교하는교회가 되고자 합니다.
선교는 우리 교회의 절대목표입니다. 이일을 위하여 모든 기관과 모든 성도들이 참여하는 체계적이며, 조직적인 선교를 이루어 가고자 합니다. 그래서 이 지역에, 이 나라에 전세계에 하나님의 나라를 확장해 나가려고 합니다.

3. 봉사하는 교회가 되고자 합니다.
사랑과 긍휼을 나누는 교회가 되고자 합니다. 말로만 봉사하며 섬기는 교회가 아니라 물질로, 몸으로, 마음으로 섬기는 교회를 이루어 가고자 합니다.

현황
원당교회는 당회장 유선모 목사님을 중심으로 부목사 4명(교육총괄목사 1명 포함), 강도사 1명, 교육전도사 5명, 장로 9명, 안수집사 25명, 권사 42명, 남.여제직 618명, 장년 1,700여명의 성도와 주일학교 550여명과 외국인 20여명 등 2,300명의 성도가 함께 하나님을 섬기고 있습니다.
또한 미래의 우리 교회는 '은혜와 진리가 충만한 교회'로 선교와 전도, 교육과 섬김을 목표로 이를 위한 다원적 프로그램을 통하여 하나님의 사랑과 능력을 나타내는 산 위의 동네가 되기를 원합니다.

1. Education to become a church.
