저희들은 하나님께 신령과 진정으로 경배하기 위하여 전통적인 예배와, 경배와 찬양 형식의 4부 예배를 통해 우리에게 임재하시는 주님을 만나고 있습니다.
어린이, 청소년, 청년 및 장년 교육에 힘을 쏟고 있으며 교사 교육을 위해서도 신임교사 교육, 교사대학, 교사세미나, 교사 부흥회 등을 통해 영적 무장을 하고 있습니다.
지역사회를 위해서는 어려운 이웃들을 구제하고, 장학금을 전달하며, 지역 어린이부터 노년에 이르기까지 각 연령대를 위한 프로그램을 운영하고 있습니다.
해외 선교사, 평신도 선교사, 선교단체, 미자립 농어촌 교회, 군인교회 등을 위해 기도와 물질로 지원하고 있으며 기아대책기구를 통해 지구촌의 굶주리고 병든 아이들을 돕고 있습니다.
교역자들이 팀사역을 하고 있는 성림교회는 평신도들과도 팀을 이루어 사역하기를 원합니다.
