하늘꿈교회의 사명은 소그룹인 목장과 팀사역을 통한 건강한 교회를 세우고 진리의 말씀을 선포하며, 세상을 치유하며, 하나님이 원하는 진정한 그리스도인들을 양성하여 가정과 사회를 행복하게 하고, 하나님께서 기뻐하시는 교회를 세워감으로 하나님 나라를 확장하는데 있다.
