석계교회는 예배 중심의 교회입니다. 하나님의 교회를 세우기 이전에 먼저 우리 안에 성전이 세워져야 합니다. 하나님의 교회를 봉사하기에 앞서 먼저 우리가 바로 서야 합니다. 그러기 위해서는 날마다 예배자로 하나님 앞에서 살아가야 합니다.
석계교회는 말씀 중심의 교회입니다. 나무의 뿌리가 땅 속 깊이 박혀 있을 때에는 세찬 폭풍우가 몰아치더라도 절대 흔들림이 없습니다. 마찬가지로 우리가 말씀 중심의 신앙생활을 할 때 세상의 어떤 시련과 역경이 닥쳐와도 능히 이기고 극복할 수 있습니다.
