목회방향과 비젼 (행1:8)
우리는 하나님의 영광을 위해 존재하므로 항상 하나님을 기쁘시게 하는 삶을 살아드리며
이 복을 함께 누리기 위하여 전교우들이 주어진 삶의 현장에서 하나님의 자녀로 살며
그리스도의 증인으로 날마다 성령과 동행하는 삶을 실천하도록 한다.


목회방향 (전도는 최고의 축복이다)

우리 교회는...
말씀으로 참된 그리스도인의 삶을 구현한다.
기도로 하나님의 말씀의 성취를 경험하며 누리게 한다.
전도훈련을 통하여 전교인을 전도제자화 한다.
사역훈련을 통하여 천국일꾼으로 살게 한다.
가정을 중심으로 예배와 제자를 키워 지역에서 현장전도를 한다.
지역 주민들에게 그리스도의 사랑을 전하며 봉사하고 섬김을 실천한다.
국내외 선교에 깊은 열정을 가지고 전교우들이 책임을 나눠 진다.
늘 푸른 교육봉사 협의회를 통해 세대별 프로그램을 운영한다.(주일학교, 실버타운, 주민복지)

목회방향 (전도로 하나님을 기쁘시게!)

1. 전교인 말씀화
말씀과 기도로 하나님의 뜻을 확실하게 깨닫고 하나님께서 원하시는 방향으로 살아갈 수 있도록 한다.(마16:24)

2. 전교인 제자화
전교인을 전도제자로 삼아 언제 어디서 누구에게나 전도할 있게 한다. (막16:15-20)

3. 전교인 현장화
모든 교인이 삶의 현장을 선교지로 삼고 현장에서 복음을 전하고 가르쳐 말씀으로 제자를 삼게 한다.(마28:18-20)
