인사말

지난 해 있었던
주일 2부예배 시작, 방라뭉 새빛교회 개척 건축 완공,
그리고 새빛누리 부지 매입 등은 새빛 트랜드 2020을
이루어 가는 조각들인 줄 믿습니다.
이러한 일이 있기는 성도 여러분들의 뜨거운 헌신과 협력에
하나님이 공급해 주신 은혜임을 믿어 의심하지 않습니다.

오늘 우리 시대는 사랑이 식어져 가고 악한 일들이
많이 일어납니다. 극에 달한 개인주의는
자기도 모르는 사이에 폐쇄 공포증을 몰고 왔습니다.
그래서 이 시대를 살아가는 많은 사람들이
두려워하고 신경질적입니다.

반면에 그만큼 많은 사람들이 사랑에 굶주려 있다는
증거가 됩니다. 이런 열악한 사회 현상들은
교회가 할 일이 무엇인지를 정확하게 보여줍니다.
이런 때에 의와 평강과 희락이라는
하나님의 나라 비전과 성도들의 용기 있는 삶은
반드시 힘들게 살아가는 분들에게 희망이 될 것입니다.
비전과 담대함은 향기 나는 꽃이요,
생수가 솟아나는 옹달샘과 같습니다.
벌들은 향기를 좇아 삼 백리 밖에서도 날아오고,
사람들은 약수를 찾아 험한 숲속에 아름다운
오솔길을 만들어 놓습니다.

이런 차원에서 새빛교회는 희망이 있습니다.
비전이 있고 성도들의 용기가 있기 때문입니다.

저는 2015년을
“하나님의 군대 같은 교회”
라는 슬로건으로 목회를 하려고합니다.
그래서 의와 평강과 희락이 넘치는
하나님의 나라를 세워 가고자 합니다.
이 일은 성도 여러분들이 전심으로 협력해 주어야만
가능한 일입니다.
