영원히 찬송과 영광을 받으실 하나님께서 우리들을 사랑하사
2015년을 맞이하게 하셨습니다.
우리는 하나님의 그 크신 은혜를 잊지 말고 살아가야 하겠습니다.
그래서 올해의 교회 표어를 "내가 나 된 것은 하나님의 은혜로라"(고전15:10)고 정했습니다.
이"은혜" 라는 단어는 헬라어로
"카리스"라 하며 기쁨, 선물, 매력이란 뜻이 있습니다.
이는 하나님께서 베풀어주신 구속의 은혜를 받으니 그 기쁨이 흘러넘칠 만큼
충만해짐으로 인하여 매력이 넘치는 삶을 살아가는 것을 말합니다.
우리는 나의 구속주가 되어 주시는 예수 그리스도를 이 땅에 보내 주신 하나님의
크고 넓은 사랑과 나 같은 죄인을 살려 주신 예수님의 은혜를
영원히 잊지 말아야 합니다.
우리가 어떠한 일을 할 때에도 가장 중요한 것은 생존을 위해서 일을 하는 것이
아니라 하나님의 은혜를 드러내기 위해서 일을 할 수 있어야 합니다.
그러면 나의 삶을 통해 하나님의 은혜는 흘러나게 되어 있습니다.
이렇게 살면 하나님은 공의로우신 분이시기에 반드시 갚아 주십니다.
길이 없으면 길을 내시고 먹을 것이 없으면 먹을 것을 주시는 하나님이십니다.
오직 우리의 삶은 품삯에 관심을 두고 사는 것이 아니라 오직 나를 부르셔서
나에게 주님의 일을 맡겨주신 그 은혜에 감사하며
충성하는 삶을 살아갈 수 있어야 합니다.
그러할 때 인생들에게 그 어떤 것으로 채울 수 없는 영혼의 빈 잔을
하나님께서 가득 채워 주실 것입니다.
올해의 기도제목인
“우리는 하나님의 말씀을 들으며 길과 행위를 바르게 하고 살겠습니다”
라는 각오와 결단을 가지고 한걸음을 내딛으면 하나님께서 우리의 앞길을
인도하시며 우리에게도 감사의 은혜가 가득 넘칠 것입니다.
올 한해에도 상계제일교회가 주님의 은혜로 충만하여 성도님들의 심령에 그리고
가정과 이웃에게 흘러 넘쳐서 하시는 모든 일들에 부흥이 있기를 축원합니다.
