필그림이란?

순례자라는 뜻입니다.
나그네와는 달리 순례자는 분명한 목적지를 향해 확신과 소망을 가지고 걸어갑니다.
우리 모든 그리스도인들은 영원한 하늘나라를 바라보고 걸어가는 순례자들입니다.
성경에 담겨있는 하나님의 계시와 약속의 말씀에 대한 확고한 믿음을 가지고 걷습니다.
영원한 소망이 되시는 예수 그리스도를 바라보고 걸어갑니다.
손에 손을 잡고 사랑하며 함께 걷습니다.

그리스도를 닮아가는 성도들의 모임이기에 필그림교회 라 이름하였습니다.


필그림교회의 목적

하나님의 이름을 영화롭게 하는 그리스도의 제자들을 양육하는 것입니다.
사람들을 그리스도에게로 인도하여 새 생명을 얻으며, 그의 영적몸인 교회의 일원이 되어 예수의 거룩한 인격에서 자라가고, 받은 은사대로 성도들을 섬기며, 흩어져 선교의 사명을 감당함으로 하나님의 이름을 영화롭게 하는 그리스도의 제자들을 양육하는 것입니다.

The purpose of the Pilgrim Church

To glorify the name of God is to nurture a disciple of Christ.
