우리 오렌지카운티 영락교회는 하나님의 나라를 이 땅에 확장하는 일에 '가는 선교사' 이거나, '보내는 선교사'로 헌신할 수 있도록 합니다. 성경의 핵심은 하나님 나라의 복음이며 교회는 이 하나님 나라의 복음의 말과 행동으로 증거하기 위해 하나님께 부름 받은 공동체입니다. 따라서 교회는 먼저 복음의 능력과 기쁨을 경험하여야 하며 그 경험을 세상에 나누어 주어야 합니다. 따라서 저희 교회는 성도들과 세상이 복음의 능력과 기쁨을 경험하도록 도움을 주며 집중적인 선교를 감당함으로써 주의 오실 길을 예비하는 교회가 될 것입니다.

3) 말씀으로 든든해지는 훈련

5) 목회자와 평신도의 원활한 의사소통
교인들의 성숙과 점진적인 요구들을 고려해 볼 때 교회와 목회의 문화도 투명성이 중요하다고 생각합니다. 목회 계획의 수립과 실행 과정, 재정의 수입과 지출 등에서 투명하고 진실한 목회를 지향하고자 합니다. 또한 목회자는 비전을 제시하고 당회와 제직회를 통한 사역이 결정되며 온 성도가 실행하는 목회를 통하여 원활한 의사소통이 이루어지고 교회 구성원들의 합의 가운데서 진행하는 교회입니다.
