신약교회 원형을 회복하기 위해 제자 삼는 이론으로 삶공부 시리즈와 그 실천을 목장에서 경험하고 있습니다. 가정교회로 모이는 작은 모임을 목장이라고 합니다. 이 목장에서 섬기며 인도하는 역할을 하는 분을 목자 그리고 목장을 이루고 있는 구성원들을 목원이라 부릅니다. 목장 식구들은 매주 한번씩 만나서 서로의 삶을 나누고 신앙의 격려를 주고 받습니다.
목양교회 존재목적은
영혼 구원하여 제자를 삼는 것입니다.
주님을 향한 사랑이 삶속에 흘러나와 이웃을 사랑하며 삶이 변하여 예수님의 제자가 되고 목자가 되고 부산과 열방을 섬기는 교회가 되는 것입니다.
