한국교육자선교회 부산지방회 비전

1978년 11월 11일 서울 YMCA에서 교육개발월 이병호교수 외 12명의 교사들이 한국교육자선교회 창립 준비위원회를 구성, 12월 8일 서울 상도교회에서 백락주 박사(저 문교부장관)를 모시고 창립예배를 드렸다.
이듬해 5월 17일 부산에서도 당시 경남공전 학장 장상만목사를 중심으로 6월 부산지역회의 지방회 승격과 함께 부산지방회는 현재 교육지원청을 따라서 동래, 서부, 남부, 북부와 해운대지역회로 구성되었다.
2016년 현재 한국교육자선교회 부산지방회는 회장단과 지도목사 2인, 각 지역회에 회장단으로 구성되어 활동하고 있다.


부산지방회의 비전

- 우리는 기독교사의 동반자로서 교사들이 자신의 사명을 다하도록 돕는다.
- 우리는 학교에서 교과지도와 학생지도 그리고 교육정책에 이르기까지 그들이 봉착하는 모든 문제에 대하여 기독교적 관점에서 전문성있게 해결할 수 있는 방안을 제시한다.
- 현재 90여명의 기독교수와 전문가로 구성된 자문단이 자신의 전공과 관련된 교과를 성경적 관점에서 설명하고 각 분야의 사회적 이슈에 대하여 기독교적인 평가와 대안을 제시한다.
- 전임사역자들이 초중등교과서에 명시적으로 또는 암시적으로 성경이나 기독교와 관련된 내용을 전 과목에서 찾아내어 복음적인 자료로 만들어서 수업시간에 활용하도록 한다.
- 이 기독교적 교육과정 콘텐츠는 홈페이지를 통해 전달한다.
- 우리는 교육적인 내용뿐만 아니라 학교신우회를 조직하여 지역교회와 연결시킨다.
- 이런 역동적인 사역을 통해 교사들에게 도전을 주고 격려하며 학원복음화에 진력함으로써 한국교회에 밝은 미래를 안겨줄 새로운 역사를 쓰고자 한다.

  - And by this effort to give dynamic challenges to teachers and school evangelism through the ministry he encouraged to write a new history of the Church in Korea favor a bright future.
